FAQ: What type of facepaint do you use?
Answer: We mainly use TAG facepaint for our main facepaint, TAG face paint is hypoallergenic and made with non-toxic, skin safe ingredients. We also do use KRAZE as our secondary facepaint, KRAZE formula is non-toxic, hypo allergenic, vegan and cruelty free, making it safe for use on sensitive skin.
FAQ: What balloons do you use?
Answer: Sempertex Balloons are what we use, they are 100% biodegradable. They are made of pure 100% natural rubber latex. No fillers, extenders, plasticizers or any cost reducing agents are used. Sempertex products are all ISO and TUV certified.
FAQ: Is tip included or mandatory?
Answer: Tips are not included in our price, we always appreciate any tips given! We do not expect to receive one but it is appreciated!
FAQ: What’s your pricing?
Answer: We have all different packages and pricing, this depends on the location of your event, and how many children your expecting to attend. You can message or call us for your customized pricing.
FAQ: Who is coming to my event?
Answer: Danielle the owner will be attending with her assistant Laura.
FAQ: What if I have to cancel my event due to Covid or other personal issues?
Answer: We allow our clients to reschedule their events a month from their cancellation date. This means you can reschedule for any available time or date within the month of the cancellation! Example: if your event is June 22nd but you cancel on June 21st, you have until July 21st to reschedule for any available date or time without losing your deposit.
FAQ: Do I have to send a deposit to book?
Answer: Yes! We require a $10 non refundable deposit to secure your date and time. This deposit goes towards your balance . Without your deposit we cannot guarantee your time and date will still be available! Once we receive a deposit, the time of arrival, the package you would like and the address for your event. Once that is received you will be all set for your event!
